VETERANS CUP 2004
AIRLINES & ACCOMMODATIONS: FAA scheduled airlines or DOT approved charter. TIS reserve the right to substitute carrier as needed. We will provide you with specific information, such as amenities, exact location and features of all the accommodations that we offer.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required for reservations made more than 90 days before departure. $200.00 deposit per person - less than 90 days to departure. Final payment is due 2 months before departure.
INSURANCE: It is recommended that tour participants protect themselves against losses of airfare and land arrangements costs, as well in case of injury, illness, or loss of valuables. Trip insurance can be purchased through Travel International Sports.
CANCELLATIONS: Full refund less $25.00 handling fee per person will be made up to 91 days before departure. 90 - 65 days $50.00, 64- 31 days $75.00, 30 - 16 days $125.00, 15 - 7 days $225.00, less than 7 days, no refund. . Delays in final payment, less than 45 days to departure, may be considered as full tour cancellation. All applicable air fare/hotel cancellation charges will be added to above fees. Discount/group airfare may be non refundable. No refund for unused tour portions. Prepaid car rental vouchers are non refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing addressed and delivered during business hours to Travel International Sports. Refunds requested less than 45 days before departure will be processed after group return date. Travel International Sports is not responsible for any tournament cancellation or operation. In case of complete tour cancellation due to airline strike, bankruptcy or operations shutdown, adverse weather conditions, tournament cancellation, or a government travel advisory, tour cost will be refunded subject to handling fee of $95.00 per person, and any non-recoverable deposits, made to airlines & operators on behalf of the group. Airlines, hotels and ground operators' cancellation fees and/or deposit refunds are subject to their individual policy. Allow one to three months for refund processing.
DEVIATIONS & CHANGES: Individual participants may deviate from the group travel arrangements for a fee from $50.00 up to 61 days before departure, 60 - 45 days from $75.00. Deviations request can not be processed less than 45 days before departure. Any additional airfare and/or travel charges incurred due to the changes will be applied. Documents re-issue are subject to $75.00 fee per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees. All requested changes are subject to airlines, hotels, ground operators' availability, rates and approval. Fees are non refundable.
RATES & SERVICES: Prices are based on current tariffs and airfares and subject to change without notice. Tour and air transportation prices include TIS handling fees and/or administrative costs. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. All tour suppliers and TIS reserve the right to substitute accommodations of similar or better quality, and/or flights, in case original reserved services cease to be available. Tours are sold as complete package and can not be sold by ingredients. Free tour escort is based on four participants sharing a room.
